“I’m not saying they’re not a good fit, I’m not saying that at all,” Jeanty replied. “I played in their practice stadium; I’m from Frisco. A hometown hero would be me.”

About 45 minutes north of AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Jeanty attended Lone Star High School in Frisco, Texas, where he played high school football.

Jeanty has carried the ball 126 times this season for Boise State, a national leader in 1,248 yards and 17 touchdowns. In addition, he has nine receptions for 39 yards and one touchdown.
