Two UNC baseball players earned All-America recognition on Friday morning. Junior outfielder Vance Honeycutt was named Second Team All-America by Baseball America, while redshirt sophomore relief pitcher Dalton Pence received Third Team honors.
This season marks Honeycutt’s fourth All-America accolade. He was previously recognized as First Team All-America by Perfect Game and the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA), and Second Team All-America by the National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA). Pence earned Second Team All-America honors from Perfect Game.
